Ho Ho Ho

Conversation from earlier today:

Mike: "The gifts arrived today from xyzelectronics.com."
Me: "Great. Were there 2 boxes?"
Mike: "Yes."
Me: "Don't open them." (one was for Mike)
Mike: "Yes, Your Highness."

Imagine my surprise when I saw this box when I came home. Thankfully, he didn't open it.

4 days and counting

4 more days until my birthday WOOHOO ... which means only 3 more days until I get to have a dreamy 55 minute facial followed by a dreamy 55 minute pedicure ... followed by yummy food, wine, perhaps champagne and the best company a girl could have ... all here

i can feel myself relaxing already

But it keeps me employed

I have a habit of emailing everyone that I know and love when I hear of a new phishing scam or internet scam or what have you. It's what I do ... I see these people who fall for these Nigerian 419 / lotto / inheritance / romance / job scams everyday and sometimes it really does break my heart. Sometimes.

Then I heard about this new scam .... this one is just heartless and cruel. What I wouldn't give to catch the bastards who prey on people with good, kind hearts.
